How do you produce the cables?
We are one of the very few factories in China to have fully automated and digitized production lines. Our systems are like FOXCONN which makes our products so reliable.
How long does it take to produce?
Your first order will normally take longer as we need to confirm every detail, and if it is MFI, it might take even longer if you still don’t have your own PPID certification, therefore, it might take up to 30-35 days, but other cables or repeated orders will be the fastest possible, to reach even 15 days of production.
What's your policy on defected items?
All our cables and chargers are backed with a 1-year guarantee. If you have any defective items, please let know the salesperson you deal with, and we will make sure to exchange them for you.
What are your prices in comparison to other factories?
We are very competitive and on MFI cables, since we assemble on our own, we can beat almost every price you have been offered, without compromising the quality and originality.
I need a sample, how long so I need to wait?
The sample will normally be ready in less the 3 business days, and we can ship via FEDEX, DHL, UPS etc.

What are your payment terms?
Normally TT (30% deposit, 70% balance), If you need any special requirement, please discuss with your sales representative as we try to satisfy every customer.
I would like to have a unique design with sole distribution, can I?
Yes, we can do exactly as your requirement, after we receive either a physical sample, or HIGH-RES 3D pictures, and we will open a special mold for you.
How can I make sure my unique design to be confidential?
We can sign with you a NDA, to protect your intellectual rights.
How much will I need to pay for a unique design, that ONLY my company can distribute?
Depending on your quantity we can offer you a mold opening 100% Free. We would highly recommend filing for a design patent, as some factories intend to copy other designs.
